Patient: I want to have a vasectomy.

　　Doctor: It's a serious issue. Have you talked with your wife?

　　Patient: Oh, yes. She agrees with me.

　　Doctor: And your children?

　　Patient: Yes, sir. The kids are in favor of it - 17 to 3.
